The Suicide Squad ISEKAI, which has been under wraps since its July debut, finally broke free today with the unveiling of an eye-catching new trailer and a gallery featuring character images, all while announcing a 2024 worldwide release date.
Also disclosed was the principal cast, which is as follows:
- Anna Nagase (Ushio in Summer Time Rendering) provides the voice of Harley Quinn.
- The Joker (Goblin Slayer in GOBLIN SLAYER, voiced by Yuichiro Umehara)
- Reigo Yamaguchi, who voiced Doumoto in The Eminence in Shadow, is Deadshot.
- Takehito Koyasu (Dio in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure) is the voice of Peacemaker.
- Jun Fukuyama (Yukio in Blue Exorcist) provides the voice of Clayface.
- Voiced by Subaru Kimura (Todo in JUJUTSU KAISEN), King Shark
Additionally, “Another World”—the opening theme song for the series—will be performed by seasoned singer-songwriter Tomoyasu Hotei.

Suicide Squad ISEKAI is being directed by Eri Osada at WIT Studio. It features original character designs by Akira Amano (PSYCHO-PASS), music by Kenichiro Suehiro, and scripts by Vivy -Fluorite Eye’s song-writing team Tappei Nagatsuki and Eiji Umehara.
The narrative is explained as follows:
Amanda Waller, the leader of A.R.G.U.S., has brought together a gang of infamous criminals, including Clayface, Deadshot, Harley Quinn, Peacemaker, and King Shark, for a mission in the crime-ridden city of Gotham. Through a doorway connecting this world to an otherworldly dimension, these Super-Villains are sent. An “ISEKAI”—a land of magic and swords where dragons control the skies and orcs rampage—exists!
There is no hiding or running from them since deadly explosives are inserted in their necks, and failing the task will result in a one-way trip to the hereafter! Can Harley Quinn and her group successfully navigate this dangerous ISEKAI realm? Get ready for an incredible journey with the elite task team known as the “Suicide Squad” and their heart-pounding story!
