There will be a little extra time in the last episode of MBC’s popular series “Knight Flower“!
MBC made a small schedule alteration on February 14 after announcing that the last episode of its current Friday-Saturday drama “Knight Flower” will be prolonged by five minutes.
“Knight Flower” debuted in January and has dominated the Friday-Saturday drama slot ever since. According to Nielsen Korea, the show even reached an astounding peak average nationwide rating of 13.1%.
MBC’s action-comedy drama “Knight Flower,” which is set in the Joseon period, stars Honey Lee as Jo Yeo Hwa, a woman who has spent the previous fifteen years living a quiet and modest life as a pious widow. She does, however, live a double life in secret; at night, she bravely slips out to assist others in need. Starring with Lee Jong Won is Park Soo Ho, a military man who unintentionally gets involved with Jo Yeo Hwa.
“After careful consideration, we’ve concluded that the intricate conflicts and numerous storylines of the drama cannot be fully realized within the original runtime,” the “Knight Flower” production team stated. We have therefore decided to prolong [the final broadcast’s duration]. We have advanced the broadcast by five minutes in an attempt to display as much as possible. Please wait till the very end with anticipation.
The extended conclusion, Episode 12, will run for 85 minutes on February 17 at 9:45 p.m. KST, starting five minutes earlier than usual. Episode 11 of “Knight Flower” will air on February 16 at 9:50 p.m. KST.
