After making a stunning return, Twice is reaching new heights!
TWICE returned last week with their brand-new mini album “With You” and the lead single “One Spark” that went along with it. The album has already broken impressive new records for the K-pop girl group.
According to the Hanteo Chart, “With You” easily broke TWICE’s previous first-week sales record of 651,205 copies set by their last mini album, “READY TO BE.” The new album sold an astounding total of 1,063,615 copies in its first week of release (February 23–29).
Therefore, “With You” has now become TWICE’s first-ever album to achieve over 1 million sales within the first week. This is a new milestone demonstrating their continued growth in popularity.
The music video for “One Spark” also set a new record for the fastest TWICE MV to reach 100 million views, hitting the mark in just 5 days and 6 hours. It gained over 17 million views in the first 24 hours alone.
On music charts, the title track claimed the top spot on Genie and Bugs, while the album topped the iTunes charts in at least 18 different regions.
So congratulations to TWICE on breaking their own sales records and reaching new heights with their latest comeback! The impressive first-week achievements of “With You” and “One Spark” show the group continues to gain momentum in 2024. As they reach new peaks, fans are eagerly anticipating what other records the queens of K-pop will break next!
