Officially back, but not in the way you might expect is the Aang gang. Netflix has released eight brand-new episodes of Avatar: The Last Airbender, bringing the beloved trio back to life—for the first time if you ignore the 2010 film.

Storyline: The Avatar is a young child who has to learn how to control the four elemental powers in order to face a vicious antagonist who is out to stop him and save a planet that is at war.

Here is all the information you need to know so far about Avatar: The Last Airbender Season 2 now that the show is officially accessible to stream.

Will Avatar: The Last Airbender have a second season?

Yes, Avatar: The Last Airbender Seasons 2 and 3 have formal confirmation from Netflix.

Naturally, there is a lot of material from the original plot to cover. With some unexpected additions from Book 2, the majority of Book 1 has been included. Given that the first series ran for three seasons, it is likely that we will get to witness more of Aang’s journey, especially in light of the continuation of One Piece, another anime adaption on Netflix.

It’s not yet known when the new series will air or how many episodes it will have.

  • Kiawentiio, Katara
  • Ian Ousley, Sokka
  • Dallas Liu, Zuko
  • Daniel Dae Kim, Fire Lord Ozai
  • Lee Paul Sun-Hyung is Uncle Iroh.
  • Elizabeth Yu, Azula
  • Suki: Maria Zhang
  • Tomita Tamlyn, Yukari
  • June: Arden Cho
  • Sebastian Amoruso, Jet
  • Danny Pudi is the mechanic.
  • Bumi the King: Utkarsh Ambudkar

What can we expect from Season 2 of Avatar: The Last Airbender?

Though executive producer Jabbar Raisani told Dexerto he would love to include Toph to the tale, there is currently no official plan for Season 2.

Executive producer Jabbar Raisani shared one feature he would love to see in upcoming episodes in an interview with Dexerto. “My top choice would be Thoph.” He said, “She’s so great that I can’t wait to find out who’s going to play that part.

Avatar: The Last Airbender actors Paul Sun-Hyung Lee, who plays Uncle Iroh, said, “We were just talking about the fact that between Iroh and Ozai, there’s a little bit of intrigue there,” in agreement with this. After losing, Iroh, who was meant to be the heir apparent, retreats and gives Ozai the opportunity to ascend to the throne. We believed that would make a fascinating adaption and that it would be worthwhile to investigate.

They went on, “It would be really cool to explore the different styles of parenting.” “Ozai is old school and very difficult. Zuko believes he must receive his lesson. Iroh, on the other hand, is more caring, giving, and sympathetic. Give him the freedom to choose wisely. The two of them have an intriguing sibling dynamic that isn’t really addressed in the animated series.

In a recent interview with EW, showrunner Albert Kim dropped hints about Season 2, saying, “All three seasons of the animated series essentially take place in the course of one calendar year.”

We were unable to accomplish it. Therefore, we had to take into consideration the likelihood that there would be some time elapse between the first and second seasons when designing the first one.

Is a Season 2 trailer available?

Avatar: The Last Airbender does not currently have a trailer, but we will update this page as soon as one is released.
