In advance of tonight’s program, ENA’s “The Midnight Studio” has released fresh stills!
In the drama “The Midnight Studio,” a professional photo studio is reserved only for the dead. While Kwon Nara portrays Han Bom, the fervent lawyer who ends up giving legal counsel to the spirits that visit the studio, Joo Won plays the prickly photographer who manages the business, Seo Ki Joo.
Ki Joo and Bom are shown in the recently released stills going on a date at a theme park. The two people staring at each other have sorrowful eyes, in contrast to the beautiful ambiance.
From the episode 12 teaser trailer, viewers can infer the cause of their melancholy. The teaser shows Ki Joo being driven in an ambulance to a hospital. Then, in a startling sight, Ki Joo reaches out to touch Bom and puts his hand through his body. As a ghostly apparition, Ki Joo apologizes to Bom, saying, “I swear not to bring you down anymore.” I apologize,” striking a chord with the audience.
More still photos of Ki Joo exploring Kim Sung Soo below show her finding an unexpected thing in what looks to be someone’s home. It becomes curious as to whose residence Ki Joo finds the flyer in when the item turns out to be a flier looking for his missing uncle Ki Won.
The production team said, “Unpredictable developments will unravel in tonight’s (April 22) episode as Ki Joo will alternate between life and death and the identity of the real culprit is revealed. Stay tuned to find out if this is how Ki Joo and Bom’s safe-zone relationship ends. The episode is one that spectators simply must not miss.
