Kim Moo Yeol, Ji Chang Wook, Lee Soo Hyuk, Park Ji Hwan, and other actors are also included in the drama.

The lead role of the palace maids and older sister of Queen Woo is played by Jung Yu Mi. Known for producing queens for many centuries, Woo Soon is regarded as the most gorgeous woman in the northern region. She was once convinced that she would become queen, but when her younger sister Woo Hee makes a decision that puts her on the throne instead, her fate takes an unexpected turn.

Intent on taking back what she feels is hers, Woo Soon enters the palace as head maid and works closely with her sister while covertly arranging her ascent to prominence.

The sudden death of King Go Nam Moo (Ji Chang Wook) throws off her plans as she tries to win him over in order to achieve her goals, leaving viewers wondering if Woo Soon would ever take the kingdom that she once believed was meant for her.

The stills that have been made public reflect Woo Soon’s complex personality, emphasizing both her attractiveness and the intense aspirations that lie beneath her collected demeanor. She is carefully attending to every aspect of her sister’s regal dress, but her uncomfortable expression betrays the emotional conflict she is carrying around. All eyes are on Woo Soon to see if her risky goals come true, as she is the queen’s closest confidante and is secretly vying for the throne.

On August 29, “Queen Woo” Part 1 will be made fully available. On September 12, Part 2 will be made fully available.
