A new still and trailer for TVING’s upcoming drama “Way Back Love” have been published!
Based on a novel, “Way Back Love” is a fantasy romantic drama starring Kim Min Ha as 24-year-old Hee Wan, who has become socially isolated after losing her will to live. Her first love and childhood pal Ram Woo (Gong Myung) materializes before her as a grim reaper one week before her death.
The recently released trailer opens with Hee Wan and Ram Woo jokingly exchanging name tags and having fun with each other, reminiscing about their good school days. Hee Wan’s buddy accuses her of having a crush on Ram Woo, and it appears that she feels the same way for her friend.
But when the trailer jumps to the present, Hee Wan, who is really miserable, is almost unrecognizable. Hee Wan is startled to see Ram Woo waiting for her on the other side when she wakes up to a knock on her door. Ram Woo happily greets her, “It’s been a long time,” before addressing her by name. Kim Ram Woo, how have things been going for you? I had to tell you something urgently, which is why I came here. You missed me the entire time, didn’t you?
Then it is discovered that Ram Woo, who had died four years ago, can only be seen by Hee Wan. But Hee Wan informs him, “You died.” “A quarter of a century ago.”
