Is romance on tvN’s “Love Next Door” finally taking off?
The genius behind the popular drama “Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha” directs and writes the romantic comedy “Love Next Door.” Starring as Bae Seok Ryu, Jung So Min attempts to turn her turbulent life around after something goes wrong. Choi Seung Hyo, the son of her mom’s friend, is portrayed by Jung Hae In, who she views as a dark and awkward period in her life.

When Bae Seok Ryu’s ex-fiance Song Hyun Joon (Han Jun Woo) showed up on the previous episode of “Love Next Door,” Choi Seung Hyo grew envious. Choi Seung Hyo hurried to tell Bae Seok Ryu how he felt after realizing he could no longer keep his sentiments a secret.
In recently unveiled stills from the drama’s next episode, Choi Seung Hyo consoles a dejected Bae Seok Ryu while they stroll late at night. Significantly, since his confession, the mood and the expression in Choi Seung Hyo’s eyes appear to have altered, which begs the issue of whether Bae Seok Ryu will reveal his long-repressed emotions.
In a different series of stills, we see Kang Dan Ho (Yun Ji On) visiting the workplace of Jung Mo Eum (Kim Ji Eun), where he will spend a day immersed in a paramedic’s routine as part of his tale research.
Kang Dan Ho goes beyond and begins performing push-ups on the ground in an attempt to impress Jung Mo Eum, leaving her unsure of how to respond.
There will be an uneasy but heart-fluttering alteration in Choi Seung Hyo and Bae Seok Ryu’s relationship, the “Love Next Door” production team hinted. In particular, Choi Seung Hyo’s revelation will drive Bae Seok Ryu to think more carefully about her feelings for him. Please stay tuned to discover if these lifelong friends may turn into lovers.
