Following the triumphant end of “Lovely Runner,” Byeon Woo Seok, Kim Hye Yoon, Song Geon Hee, and Lee Seung Hyub of N.Flying have conveyed their appreciation!
“Lovely Runner,” a time-slip romantic drama based on a well-known web book by “True Beauty” author Lee Si Eun, poses the question, “What would you do if you had the opportunity to save your ultimate bias?” In the film, Kim Hye Yoon plays Im Sol, a devoted fan who travels back in time to save her idol Ryu Sun Jae (Byeon Woo Seok).
“Everything still feels surreal, even though I had dreamed that a moment like this would come someday. I never expected it to arrive at once so suddenly,” Byeon Wooseok said.
“Even now, after living as Sun Jae for more than a year, I’m still overcome with indescribable emotions,” he continued. For me, this drama was the most meaningful of all; perhaps, viewers felt the same way. It was like a dream. “I’m so grateful to Sun Jae for coming into my life,” he said in closing. Byeon Wooseok, I beg your ongoing affection and interest in me now and in the future. I’m grateful.
“I spent four seasons with Sol,” revealed Kim Hye Yoon. I was thrilled playing with her, and every moment was full of good memories. I want to express my gratitude to everyone who supported Sol, a character I will always hold dear, even though I regret that it has to stop now.
“It was an honor to play the optimistic and vivacious Sol, who embodies the phrase ‘iron hand in a velvet glove,'” she continued. I gained a lot of knowledge as a person and as an actress throughout my tenure as Sol. I’d want to thank everyone who enjoyed Im Sol and “Lovely Runner” at the end. In the future, I will welcome you in more varied roles, so please be patient and look forward to it.
“Many people have shown interest and support, which has been a great source of strength for me,” wrote Song Geon Hee on his blog. Song Geon Hee, who won praise for his outstanding performance as Kim Tae Sung, who harbors an unrequited love for Im Sol, wrote the heartfelt message.

As Ryu Sun Jae’s closest friend Baek In Hyuk, Lee Seung Hyub said, “We filmed for a long time, and it’s a shame that it’s already over.” Because In Hyuk earned so much love from the drama, it feels even more terrible. I went into the filming feeling like I had to do well at every turn, but once we got going, everyone worked in a laid-back and joyful environment, which made it an even more memorable experience.
