The drama surrounding the love triangle on JTBC’s “Frankly Speaking” is going to intensify!
In the romantic comedy “Frankly Speaking,” Go Kyung Pyo plays Song Ki Baek, a budding news anchor whose life takes an unexpected turn after being electrocuted in an accident. As a result, he has an odd ailment that makes it impossible for him to lie. Joo Jong Hyuk portrays On Woo Ju, her former boyfriend, a well-known trot singer, while Kang Han Na plays her as a dedicated variety show writer who will stop at nothing to make a show enjoyable.

For twelve years, Woo Ju has worked as a professional variety show writer. She is skilled at igniting romantic impulses amongst cast members and understanding what makes a character appealing to viewers. In fact, she demonstrated her professionalism by imparting her knowledge to Song Ki Baek, who was about to make his debut on a variety show. Since Woo Ju is the person who knows the world of variety shows the best, viewers are excited to see what kind of persona she would take on as a cast member.
The recently made public stills offer a peek into “Couple’s Paradise,” which stars Woo Ju, during its initial filming. Woo Ju, who refers to her vast experience working behind the scenes on numerous variety show projects as a “Jack of all trades,” seems apprehensive about taking center stage as a cast member. As everyone watches her struggle to fit into her new character, the images show her appearing disoriented and even causing an accident on set, which adds to the tense mood.
