Members of BTS have supported RM and V as they enlist in the military!
All of the members, including Jin, J-Hope, and Suga, who are presently serving their country, supported and bid farewell to RM and V as they discreetly enlisted on December 11 at the Korean Army Training Center in Nonsan. It was a bittersweet moment for the group, as they temporarily parted ways to fulfill their compulsory military service.
Jimin and Jungkook, who are scheduled to join on December 12, will follow RM and V, further emphasizing the strong bond and unity within the group. Despite the separation, the members have always maintained a close relationship and have been each other’s pillars of support.
Jin, who is presently on leave from the military, also took the opportunity to express his love and encouragement. He posted a heartfelt picture of himself with RM and V on Instagram, captioning it with words filled with a mix of pride and concern, “Don’t get hurt, and return safely, my babies.” The post garnered immense love and support from fans, who admire the brotherhood and genuine care shared among the members.
Before Suga and J-Hope joined in December 2022, Jin paved the way by being the first member of BTS to enlist. The sequential enlistment plan showcases their commitment to their country while ensuring that they continue to deliver their music and positive influence to the world.
Although there is a temporary void left by the absence of RM and V, their enlistment is a necessary step toward fulfilling their patriotic duty. Fans around the globe have expressed their heartfelt wishes for their safe and healthy service, eagerly anticipating the day when they will be reunited with all the members of BTS.
With the mandatory military service in South Korea, it is expected that by June 2025, all of the members of BTS will have completed their service and reunite as a whole once again, ready to continue their musical journey and create more unforgettable moments for their fans.
