New Kim Myung Soo stills from the upcoming KBS drama “Dare to Love Me” have been released!
“Dare to Love Me” is a romantic comedy based on the webtoon of the same name. It tells the story of the love between Kim Myung Soo’s character, Shin Yoon Bok, a 21st-century scholar from Seongsan village who firmly believes in Confucian values, and Lee Yoo Young’s character, Kim Hong Do, who is his art teacher and has a straightforward and reckless personality.
In the film, Kim Myung Soo will portray Shin Yoon Bok, a revered aristocratic family member who is a 28th-generation descendant. Shin Yoon Bok is a well-known literary and martial arts expert who epitomizes the Confucian values of wisdom, compassion, righteousness, and courtesy. He is also known for his impressive looks and noble demeanor. Though Shin Yoon Bok exudes a refined air reminiscent of a traditional Joseon scholar, he is also well-versed in MZ (Millennial and Generation Z) culture, which fits in nicely with a 21st-century lifestyle.
Make sure to attend the premiere of “Dare to Love Me” on May 13 at 10:10 p.m. KST to see more of Shin Yoon Bok’s charms!
