A new teaser for KBS2’s “Dare to Love Me” has been released!
“Dare to Love Me” is a romantic comedy based on the webtoon of the same name. It tells the story of the love between Kim Myung Soo’s character, Shin Yoon Bok, a 21st-century scholar from Seongsan village who firmly believes in Confucian values, and Lee Yoo Young’s character, Kim Hong Do, who is his art teacher and has a straightforward and reckless personality.
The latest teaser shows Kim Hong Do’s unrequited love for Shin Yoon Bok. Shin Yoon Bok, reading on the rooftop, appears to have a strong attraction for Kim Hong Do. Kim Hong Do eventually admits, “Yoon Bok, I like you.”
Kim Hong Do is shocked when Shin Yoon Bok flatly rejects her, telling her, “It’s okay.” Shin Yoon Bok says, “I can’t dare to eat at the same table as my teacher,” even at the convenience store.
When Kim Hong Do tries to pursue the conversation further, stating, “At least give me your number,” Shin Yoon Bok respectfully declines her again, saying, “It’s okay.” Kim Hong Do screams in desperation, “I don’t want to be a teacher.” Dare you to love me, please!
