An emotional scene from a forthcoming episode of TV Chosun’s “DNA Lover” has been teased!
In the romantic comedy “DNA Lover,” Jung In Sun plays Han So Jin, a genetic researcher with a history of broken hearts. She gets involved with the sensitive physician Shim Yeon Woo (played by Super Junior’s Choi Siwon) while she hunts for her genetic match.

Shim Yeon Woo and Han So Jin found it difficult to reconcile their radically divergent perspectives on dating and love in the previous episode of “DNA Lover.” After the show, Han So Jin was horrified to discover that Seo Kang Hoon (Lee Tae Hwan), not Shim Yeon Woo as she had previously believed, was her real “DNA Lover.”
The drama’s upcoming episode features freshly revealed stills showing Shim Yeon Woo waiting for Han So Jin outside of her home hoping to strike up a conversation. Han So Jin holds firm as she walks away from him in tears and enters her home, despite his trying to stop her with a genuine expression and an arm grab.
“Choi Siwon and Jung In Sun will stand at a crossroads where they have to choose a different path from the one they’ve been walking up until now,” the “DNA Lover” production team said in a statement.
They went on, “These two individuals are dealing with the most challenging issue of their lives: they are not each other’s “DNA lovers.” Please keep checking back to see what kind of choice they end up making.”
On September 21 at 9:10 p.m. KST, “DNA Lover” will premiere its upcoming episode.
