When Yuji’s relationship with Sukuna is eventually revealed in the novel, the fight against the strongest in Jujutsu Kaisen takes an unexpected turn. As he fires his most famous Black Flash against the King of Curses, JJK has already hinted at Yuji’s awakening.
He even surpassed Gojo’s record for the most Black Flashes used. Still, that was just the start. Yuji employs multiple Black Flashes in the most recent chapter, to the extent of enrage the antagonist. Even more amazing is the fact that he speaks nothing at all and commands attention for the entirety of the chapter.

Possible spoilers for Chapter 258 of Jujutsu Kaisen
It is expected that Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 258 will maintain the battle’s momentum. Even with Yuji’s awakening, the fight is far from ended. Blood Manipulation and Shrine, two of Yuji’s methods, work well against the King of Curses. But Black Flash is really Sukuna’s problem.
