South Korean girl group (G)I-DLE has made history with their song “Fate”. On March 26, Instiz’s iChart officially announced that (G)I-DLE’s latest hit “Fate” had scored a perfect all-kill after sweeping the top spot on Korea’s major domestic music charts.
Record-Breaking Achievement
With this achievement, (G)I-DLE has now tied TWICE and IVE’s record for the girl group with the most songs to achieve perfect all-kills. All three groups have now scored perfect all-kills with four different songs. Before “Fate,” (G)I-DLE previously achieved the feat with “TOMBOY,” “Nxde,” and “Queencard”.
What is a Perfect All-Kill?
A song is awarded a certified all-kill when it is No. 1 on the daily and Top 100 charts of Melon, the daily and real-time charts of Genie and Bugs, YouTube Music’s Top Songs chart, VIBE’s daily chart, and the real-time charts of FLO and iChart. A perfect all-kill means the song has also topped iChart’s weekly chart.
