(G)I-DLE’s most recent resurgence is sending them to new heights!
The potent title track, “Super Lady,” from (G)I-DLE‘s second full-length album, “2,” was released last week. After only two days, “2” became the fastest album by (G)I-DLE to surpass the one million copy milestone, having already sold over one million copies.
“2” smashed (G)I-DLE’s previous first-week sales record of 1,163,395 (established by their 2023 mini album “I Feel”), selling a total of 1,537,083 copies in the first week of its release (January 29 to February 4), according to Hanteo Chart.
The only albums with higher first-week sales in Hanteo history are “2” by the girl group, followed by “MY WORLD” by aespa, “Get Up” by NewJeans, “I’VE MINE” by IVE, and “BORN PINK” by BLACKPINK.
