As the manga’s conclusion approaches, Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 265 sets up the last round of the Yuji vs. Sukuna match.
Ever since the start of the Shinjuku Showdown Arc, Sukuna has been engaged in combat with numerous opponents. The most recent had Yuta using Toge, Hana, Todo, and Yuji to enter Gojo’s body. But when they were powerless to stop him, Yuji disclosed the growth of his realm.
We first visited Yuji’s domain, which was modeled like an abandoned train station, in Chapter 264. But in Chapter 265 it grows to become an abandoned town, the childhood home of Yuji before he and his grandfather left.
Yuji’s domain becomes more enigmatic due to this shapeshift, especially considering that he spends the entire chapter telling Sukuna about his early years. However, even though everything appears calm, disaster is gradually building.
We receive the clearest sign of the impending Yuji vs. Sukuna match at the conclusion of Chapter 265. Yuji’s seemingly pointless speech irritates Sukuna, who asks him to get to the point. This is the point at which our protagonist truly comes out as he expresses his hatred for the age-old sorcerer.
Before completely eliminating the evil, he does, however, give Sukuna one more chance. You’re correct, Sukuna. I’m capable of killing you,” Yuji declares. “Leave Fushiguro alone. I’ll spare your life if you return to me.
With this, the main character sacrifices his own body in order to save Megumi in addition to threatening the cursed spirit. He’s willing to house Sukuna’s soul and save her life, but only if Megumi returns unscathed.
Sukuna would not be the King of Curses, though, if he were to be harmed by such a threat. Rather, armed with his own threat, he is ready to strike: “What a serious, terrible misunderstanding… Brat, I’m not going to stop at just mowing you down. directly before your eyes, I will exterminate every single person you pretend to be really valuable.
The next part will finally feature Yuji vs. Sukuna’s last round following these mutual warnings. Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 266 depicts them engaging in uncontrollable violence towards one another.
