Wow, Jujutsu Kaisen is finally over! After six years, the manga ended with chapter 271. Let’s talk about what happened to Sukuna’s last finger.
Remember how important Sukuna’s fingers were at the start? Well, the last one plays a part in the ending too.
In the final battle, we learned that Gojo had hidden the last finger. He wanted Nobara to use it against Sukuna when she woke up from her coma. Smart move, Gojo!
After Sukuna was defeated, the finger lost its power. It’s not dangerous anymore because Sukuna’s soul isn’t in it.
So what did they do with it? They took it back to Yuji’s old high school! It’s now used to keep away weak curses from the area. Kind of funny how it ended up where the story began, right?
This finger thing is pretty cool because it brings the story full circle. Jujutsu Kaisen started with Yuji eating a finger at his school, and now it ends with a finger back at a school.
The manga leaves us wondering if Sukuna might come back someday. But for now, his last finger is just a regular old object, doing a simple job of scaring off weak curses.
