The manga’s fourth to last chapter, My Hero Academia Chapter 427, will be released on this date. We also have some theories about what might happen next.
We are currently in the middle of the epilogue of My Hero Academia. As a result, its main emphasis is on depicting the consequences of the Final War and the fates of the main protagonists.
The manga concluded the Todoroki family storyline in the most recent chapter. They’ve come a long way, and even if there are still problems, their tragic narrative has a bittersweet ending.
But before the manga ends, there are still a number of subplots that need to be resolved. This also provides us with lots of chances to guess at the plot’s next turn and determine which of our theories has turned out to be accurate.

Spoilers for My Hero Academia Chapter 427
In addition to the Todoroki family, Chapter 426 also revealed the fates of Hawks, Lady Nagant, Gentle Criminal, and La Brava. Gentle and La Brava received pardons for their wartime contributions, whereas Lady Nagant, the previous villain, opted to remain behind bars. As for Hawks, he has recently taken over as the Public Safety Commission’s president.
As the chapter came to a close, Spinner was in the hospital and an unidentified person had entered his room. We shall now ascertain who has paid Spinner a visit in the hospital in My Hero Academia Chapter 427.
It could be one of the remaining villains from the League of Villains. Alternatively, it can be a representative of the heroic side, coming to interrogate him or offer him a chance at recovery. But given the enigmatic manner the chapter concluded, we’re leaning toward a villain.
Which adversary is still alive and well enough to visit Spinner is the question at hand. It is certain that Shigaraki is dead, and we have already seen Dabi in the facility, waiting to pass away. Toga, whose current status is unknown, is one of the few significant villains still alive.
Even if Toga isn’t visiting Spinner, perhaps we’ll finally find out what happened to her. In addition to her, Kurogiri, also known as Shirakumo, is another character that the epilogue does not yet show. Perhaps his status will also be revealed in Chapter 427.
