Spoilers for One Piece Chapter 1123
Dorry and Brogy speculate that Joyboy’s haki might be more powerful than Shanks in One Piece Chapter 1123. Elbaf Ship and Thousand Sunny set out together. A short flashback reveals Vegapunk’s true purpose.
When Shaka discovers that one of the Vegapunks has betrayed them, Pythagoras and Vegapunk do as well. They initially believe it to be Lilith, but York is the traitor. They conceal the transponder snail inside Emet and record the message in which Vegapunk discusses the Void Century.
They also erased their memory from the previous two weeks. As the flashback comes to a conclusion, Vegapunk realizes that his own advice, “Have faith in yourself and die,” is a message for himself. Furthermore, Sanji tries to save Vegapunk even though the latter refuses assistance.
Vegapunk claims that his death would be preferable and that he wants his group to obtain the One Piece. Luffy and Usopp are the only members of the crew who are most enthused about their journey to Elbaf. Usopp is delighted to be visiting the destination of his dreams at last.
