The first two episodes of the upcoming drama “Perfect Family” on KBS 2TV have been teased in a terrifying way!
“Perfect Family,” a mystery drama about a seemingly happy and ideal family that starts to distrust each other when their daughter gets involved in a murder, is based on the well-known webtoon of the same name. Choi Jin Hyuk and Ha Eun Joo, her loving adoptive parents, are portrayed by Kim Byung Chul and Yoon Se Ah, while Park Ju Hyun plays Choi Sun Hee, a model student who ranks first in her school.
The picture-perfect family strikes a pose at an award ceremony in the recently released preview, and someone enviously remarks in the voice-over, “Your family is truly perfect.”
That claim is quickly called into question, though, as Choi Jin Hyuk issues the menacing warning, “No matter what happens, don’t ever go into this room.” Not long afterward, a fire breaks out in their family photo, igniting the beginning of a catastrophic event.
Hasn’t something unusual been happening around you lately? someone asks Choi Sun Hee as she starts to view her parents suspiciously. “There’s no need to be afraid,” Choi Jin Hyuk then tells her, and Ha Eun Joo sobs as she says, “If it’s to protect you, Sun Hee, I’ll do anything.”
The video concludes with a brief view of a murder, with Choi Sun Hee wondering, “What happened last night?” while shedding tears.
