The primary trailer for the eagerly awaited movie “Wonderland” has been released!
The film “Wonderland” narrates the experiences of those who make use of the “Wonderland” service, which enables users to reconstruct their departed loved ones through artificial intelligence and reconnect with them via video conversations. Tang Wei, Suzy, Park Bo Gum, Jung Yu Mi, and Choi Woo Shik make up the glamorous ensemble.
The Wonderland service was created by senior planner Hae Ri (Jung Yu Mi) and rookie Hyun Soo (Choi Woo Shik), who restored Bai Li (Tang Wei), who used the service to conceal her death from her daughter. This is how the primary trailer opens.
As Hae Ri fervently exhorts her, “I hope you’ll find happiness, fighting!” the teaser shows Bai Li navigating deserts and Tae Joo (Park Bo Gum) living in space, conversing over video calls with their loved ones.
As the narrative progresses, Jung In (Suzy), who has been corresponding with her boyfriend Tae Joo via video chats, experiences a rollercoaster of emotions when Tae Joo, in real life, unexpectedly awakens from a coma, sparking speculation about the potential changes to their relationship.
In addition, the teaser depicts Bai Li’s suffering in Wonderland as she desperately searches for her daughter, who goes out to meet her mother face-to-face. Meanwhile, as the Wonderland system struggles with unforeseen faults, the looks of confusion and worry etched on the features of Hae Ri and Hyun Soo only deepen.
