“Wonderland” Set for June Premiere

ACEMAKER MOVIEWORKS, the film’s distributor, has confirmed the news, stating that they are in the process of preparing for a June release and have already begun marketing efforts.
“Wonderland” is a unique narrative about individuals who utilize the “Wonderland” service to reconnect with their departed loved ones through the power of big data. The movie is directed by Kim Tae Yong, known for his successful 2011 film “Late Autumn” featuring Tang Wei and Hyun Bin.
The film has been a topic of conversation even before its production, thanks to its impressive cast that includes Park Bo Gum, Suzy, Chinese actress Tang Wei, Gong Yoo, Jung Yu Mi, and Choi Woo Shik. The filming of “Wonderland” was completed prior to Park Bo Gum’s military enlistment in August 2020, but the premiere date was uncertain until now.
The film, Suzy and Park Bo Gum depicts a young couple who are unable to interact in real life after Park Bo Gum’s character slips into a coma. Jung Yu Mi and Choi Woo Shik are cast as characters who manage the events occurring within the virtual reality of Wonderland. Gong Yoo portrays a man in his forties longing for his late wife, played by Tang Wei.
