Filming on the series, which stars actress Bu Guanjin as Qiao Ling, actor Jiang Long as Cheng Xiaoshi, and Bi Wenjun as his Time Photo Studio colleague Lu Guang, officially began in the summer of last year. The narrative of Link Clink centers on the owners of a little store named Time Photo Studio, who are providing something incredibly unique. These are the people you want if you want to travel back in time to discover the truth and atone for your previous transgressions. Lu Guang, who can go back in time up to 12 hours before a photo is taken, Cheng Xiaoshi, who can “enter” a snapshot and take control of the individuals in it, and Qiao Ling, their landlady, who also keeps an eye out for the two.
There is a sequel to the donghua, but it’s unclear if the drama adaptation would include it in the current season or leave it open for a possible second one.
