A unique poster for the second season of “Gyeongseong Creature” on Netflix has been revealed!
“Gyeongseong Creature”‘s first season took place in the spring of 1945 when Japan was still the colonial power in Korea. The plot will pick up in Seoul in 2024 with Yoon Chae Ok (Han So Hee) meeting the new character Ho Jae, who resembles Jang Tae Sang (Park Seo Joon) to a tee.
“There is a vast difference between Tae Sang and Ho Jae in terms of their characters,” said Park Seo Joon. I was quite concerned about this disparity when I was acting, but it was also a great opportunity to try out a completely different depiction approach, so it was enjoyable.
“My heart fluttered and I felt joy, as if Chae Ok had briefly gone back in time to when she felt meaning in being alive,” Han So Hee added in response to the scene when she first saw Ho Jae.
The two leads talked passionately about their collaboration experience as well. “I relied on [Han So Hee] a lot as a partner because we spent a lot of time working and filming together starting with Season 1,” said Park Seo Joon.
“The teamwork we strengthened while filming together for a long time is [so good] that it needs no words,” Han So Hee concurred. “I was able to wrap up filming because Park Seo Joon gave me so much energy,” she continued.
On September 27, “Gyeongseong Creature” will debut in its second season.
