The character of Yeonwoo in MBC’s upcoming Friday-Saturday drama “Bitter Sweet Hell” has been teased!
In the dark comedy “Bitter Sweet Hell,” Kim Hee Sun plays Noh Young Won, the best family psychiatrist in all of Korea. Noh Young Won pairs up with her mother-in-law Hong Sa Gang (Lee Hye Young), a mystery novelist, to safeguard their family when an anonymous blackmailer jeopardizes their career and well-being.
Yeonwoo will play the fascinating character of Lee Se Na, who possesses a variety of attractions and exhibits unpredictable behaviors. She can effortlessly transition between the roles of a femme fatale who can seduce anyone and an innocent girl with a brilliant smile. She began to wonder about the definition of family after seeing Noh Young Won’s counsel about families on television, which sparked her lifetime quest to understand her own family.
The recently made public stills offer a peek into Se Na’s debut, in which she flaunts her enigmatic charm. She can be seen in the pictures drawing alone on her tablet. She appears to be completely engrossed in her artwork as she strokes line after line, a small smile on her face.
There are several pictures that show Lee Se Na conversing with someone, smiling at them. These stills arouse viewers’ interest in the character’s untold backstory and unidentified motivations.
Yeonwoo remarked, “After reading the script, I was drawn to the charm of my character, Lee Se Na,” in response to her choice to participate in the drama. I was even more motivated to complete it because it was a completely different position from the ones I had in my earlier ventures. “I tried my best to portray Lee Se Na, a challenging character I’ve never seen before,” she continued, expressing her love for Se Na. I researched the persona by consulting a number of books and videos.
The cast of “Bitter Sweet Hell” hopes that Yeonwoo’s performance will heighten the suspense and allow the audience to fully engage with the drama. “It is requested that you express your interest and excitement for Yeonwoo’s performance, as she is expected to create captivating turns and twists throughout her unpredictable journey.”
