Await Shin Min Ah’s metamorphosis in “No Gain No Love” with anticipation!
“No Gain No Love” is a romantic comedy-drama written by Kim Hye Young of “Her Private Life.” It centers on two characters: Son Hae Young (Shin Min Ah), a woman who pretends to be married in order to avoid losing anything, and Kim Ji Wook (Kim Young Dae), a man who pretends to be her husband in order to avoid hurting her.
Shin Min Ah will portray Son Hae Young, a person who detests losing no matter what, when, or with whom. Hae Young evaluates the gain and loss in all facets of her life, including her career, relationships, and education, thanks to her rapid math abilities. She arranges a fictitious marriage because she fears losing out on a promotion at her work.
Shin Min Ah has enthralled audiences with her adaptability throughout her career, lending her distinct appeal to a broad range of parts across numerous genres. In dramas like “My Girlfriend is a Gumiho,” “Oh My Venus,” “Tomorrow with You,” and “Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha,” she has constantly produced endearing characters. Shin Min Ah, who is frequently called the “rom-com queen,” has always lent a vivacious and endearing quality to her roles. She will, however, show off a different side of herself with R-rated dialogue and even foul language in her new drama.
Shin Min Ah showed her admiration for her character at the drama’s recent press conference, stating, “Son Hae Young is calculating, but she follows her own set of rules and boldly pursues her goals.” She is both strong-willed and endearing since she knows how to avoid losses while still being kind and considerate and without hurting other people. She also exudes a revitalizing appeal that makes you long for an older sibling or companion who is just like her.
“I was drawn to the [drama’s] relatable stories,” she continued, “and the character relationships, which may seem light yet deeply interwoven, I believe will resonate with viewers.” I believe a large number of individuals will identify with the characters.
Shin Min Ah, who is more like her character than her family, will play out a heartwarming relationship with Kim Young Dae in “No Gain No Love.” She will also exhibit a true sisterly chemistry with Han Ji Hyun and Joo Min Kyung. She will also depict the difficulties a Korean office worker faces when trying to advance, giving the story a genuine edge that viewers will find relatable.
The premiere of “No Gain No Love” is scheduled for August 26 at 8:50 p.m. KST. Here’s a sneak peek at the drama!
