There is a hint in Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 266 that suggests Sukuna could soon experience something akin to Gojo’s Cursed Technique problem.
The heroes of Jujutsu Kaisen are still fighting Sukuna tooth and nail in the Battle of the Strongest in an effort to stop the demon from becoming the strongest. Even though the battle has been going on for months, it is gradually coming to an end.
A small visual cue in Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 266 implies that the tide may be about to shift in favor of the surviving heroes, as Sukuna appears to be genuinely at the pinnacle of his powers.
