A heartwarming teaser for tvN’s upcoming Monday-Tuesday drama “Serendipity’s Embrace”—also titled “Is It Fate?”—has been revealed!
“Serendipity’s Embrace,” which is based on a well-liked webtoon, will tell the tale of young people who, after unintentionally running into their first love from ten years ago, discover true love and their goals. Kim So Hyun portrays Lee Hong Joo, an animator who fears love because of heartbreaking recollections from her past romance. However, she experiences a sudden transformation upon meeting Kang Hoo Young (Chae Jong Hyeop), who shares some of her darkest times.
The recently released teaser promises excitement and evokes feelings of youth. It seems as though magic happens as Lee Hong Joo gives Kang Hoo Young a pink love letter, causing him to change. When their eyes meet, they unknowingly find themselves grinning, and the sound of Lee Hong Joo addressing him as “Kang Hoo Young!” makes his heart race, hinting at the possibility of their first love.
The teaser’s “Can we start over?” raises more questions regarding Lee Hong Joo and Kang Hoo Young’s 19-year-old first love. Kang Hoo Young pats Lee Hong Joo’s head tenderly as she drifts off in the library. Later, Lee Hong Joo says, “My heart raced just now,” as Kang Hoo Young falls asleep and rests on his shoulder.
Curiosity is aroused by the fortuitous reunion of Lee Hong Joo and Kang Hoo Young after ten years apart. Kang Hoo Young’s answer of “Fate!” to the query “What on earth happened to you?” is really fascinating. Their love tale, which seemed to have started as if it were meant to, gains more attention as a result.
