“Dear Hyeri” the new Monday–Tuesday drama on ENA, is off to a strong start!
Nielsen Korea reports that the premiere episode of ENA’s romantic drama “Dear Hyeri” received an average audience rating of 2.0 percent across the country. The anticipation of viewers is increased by the fact that this is 0.3 percent more than that of the first episode of ENA’s last drama, “Your Honor.”
The protagonist of “Dear Hyeri,” a therapeutic romance drama, is Joo Eun Ho (Shin Hae Sun), an announcer who suffers from dissociative identity disorder after her younger sibling vanishes and she splits from her long-term partner Jung Hyun Oh (Lee Jin Uk). Shin Hae Sun portrays two different characters: parking lot attendant Joo Hye Ri and seasoned newscaster Joo Eun Ho, who has no presence.
In the meantime, the average nationwide rating for episode 9 of tvN’s “No Gain No Love” was 3.6 percent, up 0.7 percent from the previous episode’s rating of 2.9 percent.
